Vulnerable Pupil Support Role
We are looking for a skilled Vulnerable Pupil Mentor to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable pupils. Our partner school in the Cardiff area is seeking an individual who can provide emotional support and guidance to help students achieve their full potential.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the emotional well-being and behavioral needs of vulnerable pupils who have experienced significant trauma. This will involve developing personalized plans each week to address the emotional and educational development of the pupils. You will also collaborate with school staff to understand the backgrounds and unique needs of each child, with a focus on ensuring their long-term success and stability.

Position Requirements:
We require a committed and caring individual who can work closely with school staff to provide high-quality support to vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff. An estimated salary of £83.85 per day will be provided, and immediate start is required.
