Job Description

Join Carbon 60 as a Water Treatment Unit Manager and lead our team in delivering high-quality water treatment solutions to our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing client projects from inception to implementation and aftercare.

You will commission specialist water treatment equipment, conduct technical site surveys, and produce site-specific method statements, technical reports, and commissioning checklists. Your strong knowledge of water treatment plants, including water softeners, UV systems, and chemical dosing systems, will be essential in ensuring optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Commission and maintain water treatment equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and checklists to support project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of water treatment plants, including water softeners, UV systems, and chemical dosing systems.
  • Understanding of critical technical documents, including HSG274 and ACoP L8.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment chemistry and its applications.
  • Good computing skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum 5 years practical site experience.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
