We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment, an integrated design and build provider working in the water sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to embark on a structured three-year Graduate Programme.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with all disciplines on site, seeing how they all contribute to improving drinking water quality or better protecting the environment. You will be responsible for carrying out the testing of new equipment and optimisation of water treatment processes, travelling away from home each week but working in varied and exciting locations around the region.

You will also have the opportunity to work in a placement in design office and other parts of the business, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve drinking water quality and protect the environment
  • Conduct site-based testing and optimization of water treatment processes
  • Travel to various locations within the region for work assignments
  • Participate in design office placements and other business activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • The ability to spend time away from home, travelling to sites around the region
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in different locations and environments
