Key Responsibilities
  • System Support: Provide technical expertise to resolve system issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the correct teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Ad-hoc Investigations: Investigate and resolve ad-hoc issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve system performance.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve queries from our operations and customer teams, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to Systems-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
  • Reporting: Create and build new or one-off reports as required by our operations and customer teams.
Requirements
  • WMS Systems Experience: Previous experience with WMS systems, with DLX knowledge being an advantage.
  • SQL Query and Report Writing: Strong SQL query and report writing skills, with training provided for those who require it.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • General IT Knowledge: High level of general IT knowledge, including radio data terminals, printers, and PCs.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
