EMEA Lead for Industrial Control Systems Security

We are seeking a skilled EMEA Lead to support and maintain the security of our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) across the region.

In this role, you will assist in designing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring ICS/OT networks and systems, ensuring efficient performance and maintenance of OT systems at manufacturing sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Maintenance:
    • Maintain system design documentation and asset inventories of the site ICS/OT environment.
    • Support virtual environments and software installations.
    • Provide technical maintenance for network infrastructure and endpoints.
  • System Management:
    • Maintain and troubleshoot Endpoint & Anti-Virus solutions in OT/ICS environments.
    • Support network devices, site historian systems, and analytics software.
  • Project Management and Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with end users, support teams, and management.
    • Participate in OT/ICS projects, collaborate with capital projects, researchers, and management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT and Operational Technology systems administration and maintenance.
  • Experience with Industrial Control Systems in Manufacturing.
  • Experience using and maintaining Process Data Historian (AspenTech IP21).
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
