Job Title: EMEA Lead - Industrial Control Systems Security

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Lead - Industrial Control Systems Security to join our Manufacturing Strategy - Automation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the security of our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, maintain, and monitor ICS/OT networks and systems
  • Ensure the efficient performance and maintenance of OT systems at manufacturing sites
  • Oversee technical processes to optimize operations and maintain security to minimize cyber risks
  • Maintain system design documentation and asset inventories of the site ICS/OT environment
  • Support virtual environments, software installations, and compliance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in IT and Operational Technology systems administration and maintenance
  • Experience with Industrial Control Systems in Manufacturing and knowledge of ICS Operational Technology Components
  • Examples of General network Training and/or Certification (CCENT/ NETWORK+/ etc)
  • Examples of ICS/OT Training and/or Certifications (ISA/ SANS/NIST/ etc)
  • Experience using and maintaining Process Data Historian (AspenTech IP21)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading, coordinating or managing projects
  • Communication skills: ability to communicate with users and medium & top management
  • Analysis, organization, and critical thinking
