Apprenticeship Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of apprenticeship programs to learners, ensuring the timely completion of paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver learner interviews, induction, and enrolments for new apprentices within Engineering and Construction programs.
  • Ensure the administration and data monitoring activities for apprenticeships within the curriculum areas are completed timely and accurately.
  • Support Tutors with the coordination of timely review activity.
  • Monitor and track enrolment, registration, and exam claims.
  • Liaise with the End Point Assessment Coordinator to confirm activity as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate Internal Verification processes.

Requirements

  • Experience working within an administrative role, including reporting data on a regular basis.
  • Ideal experience of apprenticeship qualifications in any capacity.
  • Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake), as well as a Level 2 Business Administration, or equivalent.
