Job Role: Finance Reporting Manager - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Close Brothers Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Reporting Manager to join our Central Finance Team for a fixed-term contract of 12 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, contributing to the production of high-quality financial reports and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the production of monthly Bank consolidation files
  • Review consolidation journals and provide challenge to Bank divisions
  • Prepare intercompany dividends and interest-free funding calculations
  • Review and prepare the Office of National Statistics Return
  • Manage the timetable for Bank submissions of interim and year-end packs
  • Produce high-quality interim and year-end financial reports, including the Bank's financial statements

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills, including a good track record of delivering effective reporting under pressure and to tight business-critical deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Evidence of working well within teams and proven ability to engage with various stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Strong technical background, including experience with financial systems and regulatory requirements
  • IT literate with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Qualified Accountant, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
