About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial reporting strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning group consolidation under IFRS and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Preparing annual reports and providing insightful analysis to stakeholders
  • Liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
  • Leading acquisition accounting, IFRS transitions, and US GAAP migrations

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need to be a chartered accountant with experience in complex group consolidations, IFRS reporting, and ad hoc projects. Ideally, you will have an audit background with attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial regulations.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
