We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Church Engagement and Fundraising Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with churches and faith-based organizations, inspiring them to become agents of change within Christian Aid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage churches and faith-based organizations in Christian Aid's mission and work
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including church leaders and community groups
  • Provide support and resources to churches and faith-based organizations to help them achieve their fundraising and community development goals
  • Collaborate with other teams within Christian Aid to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to church engagement and fundraising
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of church engagement and fundraising initiatives, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in church engagement, fundraising, or a related field
  • Strong relationships with churches and faith-based organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
