Home Care Support Worker

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Flexible Workforce Team. As a key member of our team, you will work in various care home settings in your local area, providing person-centered care to our residents.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including access to a vehicle (advantageous but not essential), free qualifications, annual leave pro rata based on hours worked, flexible hours, and a competitive rate of pay with travel enhancement.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Assisting residents with limited mobility.
- Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents on and off site.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
