We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Professional to join our team in Wakefield. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and overall well-being.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a care-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with Class 1 Business insurance.
  • Valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
