Building Safety Manager

MMP Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory duties as set out in the Building Safety Bill and Fire Safety Bill.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage our clients High Rise Residential Buildings (HRRB's) and any other properties that may fall into scope in accordance with legislation and the building safety cases.
- Ensure compliance with all directions given and statutory notices issued by the Building Safety Regulator, including mandatory reporting.
- Liaise and co-operate with other occupiers and owners of properties to secure an integrated approach to managing building safety risks.
- Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure compliance with secondary legislation and emerging best practice.
- Expert knowledge of building safety regulations and legislation.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and ensure compliance with statutory duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
