About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interim Finance Manager to join our team at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to take on a challenging role that involves line management responsibilities, financial reporting, and budget analysis. As an interim finance manager, you will be working closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

The successful candidate will have a real hands-on approach to finance, relevant accounting qualifications, and experience in-line with the responsibilities and duties of this role. While sector experience is not necessarily required, candidates who have made a career transition from a commercial background will need to demonstrate their drive and motivation for wanting to make a move into the education sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly accounts
  • Financial reporting to the CFO, SLT & Trustees
  • Budget analysis
  • Overview of financial systems & payroll
  • Policy & procedures review
What We Offer

In return, we offer a competitive salary, commensurate with the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role. The client is open to considering candidates with sector experience but is currently looking for someone who can provide general finance support. This role could become permanent if the right candidate is looking for long-term opportunities.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
