**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small transactional team, managing budgets and forecasts for all UK entities, and ensuring the smooth running of the finance function.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze KPIs against budget and identify areas for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a small transactional team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor working capital, inventory, credit management, and cash flow, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and report on weekly and monthly financial reporting, highlighting key trends and areas for concern.
  • Ensure compliance with group policies and procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with auditors during the year-end audit process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Compensation Package**

The role offers a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, plus a yearly bonus based on personal performance. Other benefits include a supportive and collaborative culture, good opportunities for development and growth, and a location easily commutable from the M5 with parking on site.
