Job Description:
What You'll Do:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Children's Care Specialist, providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver personalized care and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tracheostomy care and management
- Monitoring and maintaining personal care and medication
- Repositioning and clinical observations
- Working with non-verbal clients and those with complex needs
Requirements:
Experience in tracheostomy care, peg feeding, suctioning, and caring for non-verbal clients would be advantageous. You will need to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
