About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Family Health Specialist to join our team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Nurse with SCPHN qualification to make a real difference in the lives of families and children.
">As a Family Health Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to families, working closely with other agencies and professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
">You will have a passion for driving positive change and a commitment to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for children and families. You will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals, and have excellent leadership skills.
">The successful candidate will have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes. They will also be committed to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
">We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including NHS pension, Agenda for Change terms and conditions, and access to our award-winning Learning Enterprise.

">Key Responsibilities
">Delivering high-quality care and support to families, working closely with other agencies and professionals.
">Developing and implementing individualised care plans for each child based on their needs.
">Participating in effective partnership working with other agencies and taking a lead professional role where appropriate.
">Using evidence-based practice to develop and maintain a high-quality standard for Specialist Public Health Nurse/Health Visiting practice.
">Requirements
">Qualified Nurse with SCPHN qualification.
">Current NMC registration.
">Experience in leading interventions to improve outcomes and safeguard children and families.
">Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
">Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
