Job Title: SEN Teacher Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified SEND Teacher with a Level 5 qualification in Dyslexia/Literacy Development to join our SEN unit in a secondary school in Kent. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students with special educational needs, focusing on literacy development and dyslexia.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering tailored support to students with special educational needs
* Planning and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
* Working closely with the SENCO and other staff members to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where necessary
* Using a variety of teaching methods to engage students with diverse needs

Requirements:

* Level 5 qualification in Dyslexia/Literacy Development
* Proven experience as a SEND Teacher within a secondary school setting
