Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tester and Validator to join our team at Capita. As a Salesforce Tester and Validator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing to validate the functionality of our Salesforce applications.
  • Utilize automated testing tools such as Selenium and Provar to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Design and execute manual testing to identify and report defects.
  • Develop and document test cases, scripts, and test data to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Escalate issues and blockers to Senior Software Tester/Team Lead for timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce testing and validation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in testing, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in writing test scripts and conducting functional testing, SIT, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Provar.
  • Manual testing experience and knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Experience Cloud (desirable).
  • Salesforce certified (desirable).
