Job Description

Primary Purpose

As a key member of the Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc. team, the Commercial Manager, Power Solutions will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Power Solutions business unit. This will involve working closely with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the company's goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Power Solutions market and will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the selection and implementation of our products and services. They will also be responsible for managing key supplier relationships and ensuring that the company's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Power Solutions business unit.
  • Work closely with dealers and customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage key supplier relationships to ensure that the company's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the selection and implementation of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that meet the company's goals and objectives.

Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, sales and marketing).
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the Power Solutions industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Power Solutions market and its trends and developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
