About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators and support staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to inform planning and ensure children's progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS and other relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements
  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
