Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity in Staffordshire

Veterinary Surgeon Role
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our independent practice in Staffordshire. Our practice is located in a historical market town on the southern edge of the Peak District National Park, offering a unique and beautiful work environment.
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be working alongside a dedicated team, including a certificate holder in small animal dentistry. You will have access to modern facilities, including Idexx blood machines, Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, and Multi-parameter monitors with Capnography.
The ideal candidate will be confident in performing routine surgeries, including bitch spays, and have experience with procedures such as cystotomies, enterotomies, and managing lower urinary tract obstructions.
The Role
- Full time role - 40 hour week over 4 days
- Part time and job share applications considered
- 1:2 Saturday mornings with a mix of consultation and operating
- No OOH
The Benefits
- Excellent salary up to £80,000 DOE
- 6 weeks holidays plus bank holidays
- An additional day of paid holiday per year of service up to 5 days
