Operative Production Team Member

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operative Production Team Member to join our team in Leek, Staffordshire. KPI Recruiting LTD, a reputable recruitment agency, currently has an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious client in the area.
Due to expansion and an increase in sales, our client is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to form part of a team of pickers / packers and production Operatives. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company.
Job Summary:
The Operative Production Team Member will be responsible for:
- Picking and packing products with precision and efficiency
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Performing repetitive manual work with attention to detail
- Carrying out other warehouse floor duties as required
Essential Competencies:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Excellent housekeeping skills and attention to detail
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
Shift Pattern:
This is a rotational role, working Monday to Friday, with two shifts available:
6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
Compensation:
The hourly pay rate for this position is £12.05, increasing to £12.25 after 12 weeks of service. This is a competitive rate for the industry, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the company's growth and success.
