Overview

The Senior Portfolio Director role within the Enterprise Applications practice at Version 1 will lead a team of over 80 consultants and support over 30 customers to deliver a portfolio of c £/€8m.

Reporting to the Head of ASPIRE Managed Services in Enterprise Applications, you will lead a team to deliver ASPIRE Managed Services. This is a senior role in Version 1, with opportunity for the right individual to further progress into senior practice leadership roles across Version 1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of consultants to deliver end-to-end customer engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
  • Work closely with Commercial colleagues to build and support compelling proposals and customer offerings, enabling and supporting continued growth ambition for the practice.
  • Take ownership of Monthly and quarterly forecasting of team costs and project revenues, reviewing actual performance against forecast and understanding gaps.
  • Help lead a team of diverse professionals across Functional, Technical and DBA/OCI teams located in the UK, Ireland and India.
  • Ensure world-class levels of engagement and that teams deliver excellently through the use of methodologies and accelerators.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading a team, managing and growing a portfolio of projects/customers.
  • Proven ability to attain and retain customers with high satisfaction levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to recruit and retain a strong team of consultants as well as resource planning and management.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage, report and analyse GP, EBITDA, margin for your team.

What We Offer

As a Senior Portfolio Director at Version 1, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced consultants and support the growth of the Enterprise Applications practice. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end customer engagements, working closely with Commercial colleagues to build and support compelling proposals and customer offerings, and taking ownership of Monthly and quarterly forecasting of team costs and project revenues.
