Job Description

The Oracle E-Business Suite Portfolio Director role within the Enterprise Applications practice will lead a team of over 80 consultants and support over 30 customers to deliver a portfolio of c £/€8m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of consultants to deliver end-to-end customer engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
  • Work closely with Commercial colleagues to build and support compelling proposals and customer offerings, driving profitable outcomes.
  • Take ownership of the P&L, forecasting team costs and project revenues, and achieving GP targets.
  • Help lead a team of diverse professionals across Functional, Technical, and DBA/OCI teams, ensuring world-class engagement and delivery excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team, managing and growing a portfolio of projects/customers.
  • High commercial awareness and ability to manage, report, and analyse GP, EBITDA, margin.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to forge relationships with other Portfolio Directors and the commercial team.
  • Ability to recruit and retain a strong team of consultants, as well as resource planning and management.
