We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employment law and HR best practices to Managers and employees.

About the Job

You will need to have CIPD level 5 and 1-2 years experience as an HR Advisor or 2-4 years as an HR Coordinator/Administrator. You must be skilled at IT, including Microsoft Office packages, and able to keep accurate records and write reports.

Main Duties
  1. Offer coaching, advice, and support to Managers and staff on employment and HR issues.
  2. Address issues related to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  3. Conduct skills and capability assessments and identify areas for development.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £31,500 - £40,000.
