Senior Data Selection & Insights Officer

Harris Hill Executive Search is partnering with the Royal Free Charity to find a highly skilled Senior Data Selection & Insights Officer to join their team.

Role: As a Senior Data Selection & Insights Officer, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive impactful fundraising strategies, solving complex data challenges, and optimising supporter communications.

Location: This is a hybrid working role with regular attendance to the central office in NW3.

Salary: The salary for this role is circa £33,000 per annum plus benefits.

Contract: This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working requests considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Raiser's Edge (RE7/RE NXT) or similar fundraising Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement data visualisation and analysis using Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to inform fundraising strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimise supporter communications and improve data quality.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of using Raiser's Edge (RE7/RE NXT) or similar fundraising CRM.
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerBI for data visualisation and analysis.
  • Data analysis skills with an understanding of a range of statistical techniques.
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as CRM systems.
