Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. This role will involve working across various outlets within the resort, including restaurants, bars, and the driving range. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing excellent service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic service, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied.
  • Engage in conversation with guests, talking about our products and services, and enthusiastically promoting our offerings.
  • Take orders from guests, proactively ensuring all their needs are met, and exceeding expectations where possible.
  • Maintain high standards of cleaning and hygiene practices throughout the resort.
  • Work across multiple outlets, supporting the smooth operation of the resort, and adapting to changing situations as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the hospitality or food industry.
  • A natural ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • A can-do attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work individually and as part of a team, contributing to the success of the resort.
