Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee the design, development, and execution of our supply chain systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, procurement, supplier relationships, inventory control, and warehouse operations. This is a key role that will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and effective supply of stock to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.
- Identify and implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management to drive business growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
