Your Responsibilities

  1. Provide advanced calendar management for the CEO and CUO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Proactively manage the CEO's inbox, identifying tasks that require attention and keeping them on track.
  3. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to support the CEO's leadership, including coordinating special projects, preparing meeting materials, and arranging travel.
  4. Support the CUO with diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, and special projects.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties regarding matters related to the CEO and CUO, handling confidential and critical issues.
  6. Work closely with the CEO/CUO to maintain awareness of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  7. Collaborate with other EAs/PA's across the group to ensure seamless Exec team meetings and projects.
  8. Support the Global Head of HR & Communications when necessary during PA leave.
  9. Participate in other projects/duties assigned for the organization's benefit.

Remuneration

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 based on industry standards and location.
