Your Responsibilities
- Provide advanced calendar management for the CEO and CUO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Proactively manage the CEO's inbox, identifying tasks that require attention and keeping them on track.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to support the CEO's leadership, including coordinating special projects, preparing meeting materials, and arranging travel.
- Support the CUO with diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, and special projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties regarding matters related to the CEO and CUO, handling confidential and critical issues.
- Work closely with the CEO/CUO to maintain awareness of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other EAs/PA's across the group to ensure seamless Exec team meetings and projects.
- Support the Global Head of HR & Communications when necessary during PA leave.
- Participate in other projects/duties assigned for the organization's benefit.

Remuneration
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 based on industry standards and location.
