We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Life Safety Specialist at our Bristol North Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the safety of our wet facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
- Provide a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment for our members and visitors.
- Ensure a warm welcome and efficient service for all arrivals at our club.
- Remain attentive and alert at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or safety concerns.
- Connect with members, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with our team to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and ability to provide ongoing training records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
