Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a portfolio of iconic brands. As a Strategic Insights Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement insights-driven strategies that drive business results.

This role sits within our West Europe Insights Beverages team, focusing on the UK market and supporting other European countries. You will be responsible for synthesizing 360-degree insights and foresight to inform business decisions, working closely with our Insights, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing insights-driven strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Leading business intelligence and analytics initiatives to drive business results
  • Partnering with commercial teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Insights Lead with a strong background in business intelligence and analytics. Key qualifications include:

  • Significant experience in FMCG insights and/or category experience
  • Experience working directly with or for commercial teams or customers
  • Experience in business intelligence and analytics, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex insights to senior leaders
  • Experience leading projects and partnering with senior leaders
