About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insights Manager to join our West Europe team. As a key member of our Insights team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop insights-driven solutions
  • Lead the development of insights-driven commercial plans and strategies
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive perfect store execution and optimize shopper and channel insights
  • Maximize and optimize existing continuous shopper and channel data to unlock deeper shopper insights and growth opportunities
  • Drive closer insights integration and transparency with bottling partners
  • Contribute to building joint business plans with bottling partners and drive growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Significant FMCG insights and/or category experience
  • Experience working directly with or for commercial teams or customers
  • Experience in business intelligence and analytics
  • Ability to synthesize and persuasively communicate complex findings to focus on the most critical points
  • Confidence to make clear recommendations to the business and inspire others to adopt change
  • Experience leading projects, complex agendas, and partnering with senior leaders
