Bespoke Inventory Coordinator

As a Bespoke Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer back orders for rework products, raising works orders across multiple warehouses, and liaising with the Customer Service team. You will also be required to print work instructions and coordinate with the Scotland factory.

Requirements
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team

The ideal candidate will have experience in Purchasing or Stock Control, although this is not essential. They will be able to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.

The salary for this role is estimated at around £27,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 31 days holiday, Paycare Healthcare Cash Plan, Access to Employee Assistance Programme, and up to 5 days extra unpaid holiday available at a salary sacrifice.
