As a healthcare financial manager, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring effective financial management across the health board.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience of working in a similar role within the NHS or private sector. You will have excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work on multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team to deliver high-quality financial services
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the health board to ensure effective financial management

Requirements:

  • CCAB qualification or equivalent Band 7 experience
