Job Title: Part-time Principal Proposals Engineer

At Kent PLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Principal Proposals Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our proposals team, you will be responsible for writing and coordinating the technical content of bids and proposals for Studies, Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write high-quality technical content for proposals, including studies, pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design projects.
  • Coordinate and manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and commercial teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in proposal content.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in proposal development, writing, and coordination, preferably in the oil and gas or energy industry.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to support proposal development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
