Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team at Rubix. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Exchequer, including entering and producing invoices.
  • Process bank payments, including foreign currency transactions.
  • Post month-end journals and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Correspond with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Perform general office duties and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with business systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, and proficiency in using pivot tables and lookups.
  • Maths and English to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
