Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment. As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to small animals, working closely with our team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role
  • Perform routine and emergency surgeries on small animals
  • Conduct medical examinations and diagnose conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in veterinary medicine

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Surgeon
  • Strong general surgical and medical skills
  • Experience in emergency surgery
  • Confidence in working sole charge when necessary
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week) with part-time hours considered
