We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology in the North West region.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work as a Health Care Assistant, providing support to the nursing staff and multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient care in a safe and caring environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors to the service with a pleasant and efficient manner.
- Deal with enquiries in a helpful and courteous manner while maintaining confidentiality.
- Accurately record routine clinical observations.
- Carry out clinical skills relevant to the unit.
- Assist the clinical team with data entry and maintenance of accurate documentation.
- Ensure treatment rooms are adequately stocked and tidy.
- Adhere to infection control procedures.
- Participate as a team member sharing knowledge and information.
- Accurately record up-to-date information on records.
What We Offer:
- An attractive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience or understanding of HCA duties and responsibilities.
