### Opportunity Overview

Heat Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Handler to join a leading Insurance Broker in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in commercial insurance to take on a challenging role and contribute to the company's growth.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to clients, insurers, and colleagues, ensuring prompt and efficient communication
* Manage Mid-Term Adjustments and Renewals, ensuring timely processing and compliance with regulatory standards
* Build strong relationships with preferred insurers, negotiating and marketing policies as necessary
* Review policy cover at renewal, collaborating with Account Executives to ensure optimal coverage
* Manage workload within Renewal protocol deadlines, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

### Essential Skills

* Proven experience in Account Broking, with a strong background in commercial insurance
* Technical product knowledge, particularly in Professional Indemnity insurance
* Ability to build strong customer relationships, quickly establishing trust and rapport
* Cert CII qualification beneficial but not essential
