About the Opportunity:

Prioritizing Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team in Amersham. This role offers complete autonomy, a defined progression path, and the chance to be part of an award-winning sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Product Knowledge: Assist customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
  3. Transaction Processing: Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  4. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and restock products as needed.
  5. Store Maintenance: Contribute to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
  6. Team Leadership: Bring fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.

Requirements:

  1. Background: Background in a sales or service-oriented setting.
  2. Leadership Experience: Experience in guiding a team to deliver sales against targets.
  3. Adaptability: Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Performance Track Record: Track record of consistently high sales performance.
