Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist individuals with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning
* Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity
* Assist with health care appointments and maintain accurate records
* Report any safeguarding concerns to the management team
* Maintain records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date

Requirements:

* Previous experience of working with mental health and challenging behaviours
* Knowledge of Jamaican culture
* Passion to support people in their day-to-day lives, promoting independence
* Patience, care, and understanding
* Ability to set clear boundaries
* Outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic
