Job Title: Refrigeration Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Field Service Engineer to join our team at TechMet Appointments. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on refrigeration systems, including ammonia 2-stage systems, secondary chilling systems, water chillers, and large ice machines.
  • Install and commission large industrial plants, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Diagnose faults in an effective and timely manner, providing solutions to meet customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualification.
  • Sound electrical knowledge and F-Gas qualification.
  • Ammonia Safe Handling qualification (desirable).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of installing, servicing, and maintaining large industrial and commercial refrigeration plants.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility.
