About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our Finance team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of finance processes, experience in managing Accounts Payable teams, and excellent IT skills. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, managing cash flow, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. They will be a team player who can work collaboratively to achieve shared goals and objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
