About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Services Manager. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering our pharmacy strategy and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing pharmacy strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be registered with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI). Additionally, you will require:

  • A passion for community pharmacy and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
