We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Event Coordinator to join our team at Organic Recruitment Ltd in London.

As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various events across different venues. This includes coordinating seasonal events, brand collaborations, and private high-profile functions.

Key Responsibilities:

In-House Event Planning & Execution

Lead the planning and execution of critical in-house events such as opening parties, seasonal events (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, New Year's Eve), and brand collaborations.

Supplier & Brand Collaboration

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, brands, and external partners.

Negotiate partnerships with brands for promotional collaborations, product launches, or sponsorship opportunities.

Work closely with suppliers to secure the best deals and budgets for events.

Guest Event Management

Plan, organize, and oversee exclusive private hires, corporate bookings, and high-profile guest dinners and events.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients looking to host special events, offering personalized service to ensure each occasion exceeds expectations.

Coordinate all aspects of guest-driven events, from bespoke menus to entertainment and venue customisation.

Financial & Operational Management:

Establish event budgets, ensuring effective cost management and maximum profitability.

Provide post-event analysis, including attendance figures, profitability, and feedback.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and other legal aspects of event management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality or pub sector.

Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and organizing exclusive events.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.

A creative thinker with attention to detail, ensuring events run smoothly and offer a memorable experience.

The salary for this role is approximately £65-£70k per year, reflecting the candidate's extensive experience and expertise in event management.
