Key responsibilities include:

  • To prepare all meat in accordance with customer specifications and company guidelines.
  • To ensure that all fridges, preparation rooms, and freezers are kept as clean and tidy as possible.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all the company's products.

Applicants should possess excellent knife skills, the ability to hand-link sausages, and experience with portion control.
