Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Diary and Inbox Management: Manage the diaries and inboxes of fee earners, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Book and organize meetings, travel arrangements, and create itineraries for fee earners and clients.
  • Client Onboarding and Matter Management: Onboard new clients, manage matters, and ensure seamless communication with clients and fee earners.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to fee earners, including document amendments, formatting, and proofreading.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, including conferences, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including bundling, data entry, and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience as a Legal Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, fee earners, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
