We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a dedicated learning support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEND, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the class teacher to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Provide high-quality support to students, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of progress and any concerns.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are passionate about supporting students with SEND, we would love to hear from you.
