About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tenancy Progression Coordinator to join our team at DiSRUPT. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for progressing tenancies across all sites, managing records, and maintaining a database of live applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer new tenancies and renewals to relevant deadlines, ensuring timely communication with tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction levels through effective management of the move-in process.
  • Manage the tenancy referencing process, ensuring all outstanding references are regularly chased and completed prior to move-in.
  • Draft and issue tenancy documentation, take front payments, and set up Direct Debits for ongoing rental payments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant processes, including issuing compliance documents to households ahead of their move-in date.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience in a similar public-facing, commercial environment.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of the London Lettings Market, including compliance and legal requirements.
  • Excellent diary/time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and a collaborative team player.
